Pick-up truck Hardtop

We have manufactured and designed a hardtop for the “Volkswagen Amarok“; “Toyota Hilux”; “Ford Ranger/Raptor”; “Isuzu D-Max”, that perfectly combines functionality with design. Our commitment to strong, high-quality products and raising the bar has made this possible. The result – simple, yet practical and eye-catching hardtop, that is constantly updated in design, versatility, comfort and technology.

Along with the hardtop a shelf was manufactured, that simplifies the placement of things through the side doors. “Southco” handles are currently installed on the hardtop, but a new door design has been manufactured to accommodate the new, simpler “Quarter-turn” handles.

What is a “Quarter-turn” handle?

“Quarter-turn” handle is a simple design handle for closing and locking the door without a serious additional mechanism, but there is no possibility to install central locking for these handles. In order to close the hardtop door and to lock it, grab the handles on the edges of the door and with a quarter turn twist lock them in position. A simple handle/lock design reduces the cost of our hardtop without sacrificing safety, reliability and design.

What is a Slam-Shut handle?

“Slam-Shut” is a handle of a more complex design that closes with the same principle as a simple car door. Instead of two handles, both locks are unlocked by a single connected mechanism, which has the advantage of possibility to have central locking installed, simplifying locking to the push of a button. This is a premium type handle that is intended for those who value comfort and safety, as it allows you to easily and quickly close the door with one swift movement, ensuring safe and reliable locking.

The Retractable Metal Frame is a project manufactured by Ronika, specifically this frame is designed for sensitive equipment that needs to be easily accessible for maintenance and protected from various weather conditions or other aspects. This frame uses a rail mechanism that can be universally adapted to other needs – not only for equipment storage.
