| UAB Ronika development and implementation of an e-commerce model From 2022 of February UAB Ronika implements the project “UAB Ronika e-commerce model implementation no. 13.1.1-LVPA-K-860-01-1593” Tool: E-commerce model for COVID-19 The goal of the project: to introduce information technologies that would allow electronic management of business transactions and purchases, contributing to the growth of the company’s income. All systems will be integrated with a centralized business management (ERP) system, ensuring e- comprehensive administration of stores, B2B and B2C systems, convenience of ordering goods or services and order management. Project activities: creation, implementation and full integration of the client’s general self-service system (B2C) and legal entity’s self-service system (B2B) with the ERP system used by the client. In this way, a full-fledged integration with the ERP system used by the client will be prepared, during the development and implementation of these self-service systems. Funding of the project: Financed from the European Regional Development Fund as a measure of the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. UAB Ronika is implementing the project “Digitisation of production processes of UAB Ronika“, No. 03.3.1-LVPA-K-854-02-0044, under the measure No. 03.3.1-LVPA-K-854 “Digitisation of Industry LT”, which is financed from the European Regional Development Fund (Total value of the project – 147 611,49 EUR, allocated funding – 55 770,35 EUR). The aim of the project is to promote the competitiveness of UAB Ronika, to expand the company’s production capacities, to increase the productivity of its employees by introducing digital production technologies. The technologies and equipment acquired under the project should improve the quality of the company’s glass plastic products, reduce production costs and ensure more efficient energy consumption in the production of these products. The successful implementation of the project will enable the company to acquire state-of-the-art technology that will enable the company to ensure sufficient production capacity and a higher level of digitisation. Ronika UAB is a manufacturer of glass plastic products with more than 27 years of experience and a wide range of glass plastic products. Over the last few years, the company has been working to establish itself in foreign markets and to increase its sales there. In 2017-2018, Ronika has invested in the modernisation of its production with the introduction of high-impact technologies, which has improved the quality of its products, reduced production costs and brought innovative new products to the market. The company plans to participate in the most important international exhibitions in the field of commercial transport and the composite materials industry, in Sweden and Germany. Thanks to EU support, Ronika UAB has the opportunity to present newly manufactured products and prototypes to foreign customers. All exhibitions attract a large number of potentially export-oriented visitors. They are specialised, one of the largest and most relevant for the development of Ronika’s products in foreign markets.
